Instead of having to wait in line for your turn at the ski rental, arriving late on the slopes and having to take care of going personally to rent & deliver your equipment, with our tailor-made service you reserve your equipment online right from the comfort of your home and decide whether to receive it at your designated location or retrieve it at one of the ROC Pick up points. By being able to choose your equipment from home in a calmer environment without a lot of stress and masses of people waiting their turn, you avoid making mistakes and ensure a much more precise choice of material and sizes to suit your taste.
In this way, the customer will no longer have to waste unnecessary time waiting in line for their turn and will be able to enjoy the first turns when the slopes are still uncrowded and the snow conditions are the best of the day.
There are two ways in which our customers can rent their equipment. By downloading our free app available on smartphones and tablets for android and IOS, or directly from the Web App following the path on our website under ski rental / rent now.

Our service is generally not more expensive than the usual ski rentals. There may be slight price differences in some cases, but nevertheless we guarantee our customers fair prices which are appropriate for the quality of the products and service we provide. In this case, the way we behave in the market, there should still be no direct competition to our product & service quality.

The equipment is delivered to the location determined by the user and at the preferred time indicated at the end of the order. We deliver to: Hotels, B&Bs, holiday homes and private homes. If our customer has already reached his destination, he can collect the order directly in person. If not, or if he does not wish to be disturbed, the equipment will be delivered to his facility, which will take care of taking it to a safe place, such as the ski room.
We are well aware that the choice of boot size is very delicate. This is why at ROC we have devised 3 different methods by which our customers can tell us their chosen boot size:
For what concerns the type of ski boot, we furthermore use the data of weight, height and own skiing skills to recommend the most suitable ski boot for your needs.
Certainly! Our customers can also rent just one product, e.g. just the skis, just the boots or just the helmet. When renting just the skis, it is very important to tell us the length of the boot in mm so that we can adjust the binding accordingly.
No surcharges are added and the operation is the same as if you were ordering the complete kit.
On the App as well as on the Web App you can choose up to 12 hours in advance how and where you want to return your equipment. This can be returned to our 2 Pickup Points in the near place of the cable cars or by indicating your accommodation as the point where to return the equipment as well as the time slot preferred by you.
Obviously, in order to guarantee the best possible service to our customer, we will always be at his or her disposal for any changes at no extra charge. Should the customer realize, after a possible test, that he needs to change the equipment or just part of it, he will simply find our contact details in the "contact us" section https://roctraam.com/contacts/ so that he can immediately contact us for the change.
We accept for our service, debit & credit electronic payments made online at the end of the order.
The skisticks are always included in the price for ski-rental.
Of course, it is always possible to change the rented equipment if you do not like it.
There are no additional costs in this case.
There is an exchange fee for subsequent changes if the change is to try out different equipment.
The equipment is to be returned by 6.00 p.m. of the last rental day. If problems arise, please contact us, it might be returned also the following day before 9.00 a.m.
We collect only the data necessary for the rental service. It is our concern to cancel all data at the end of the season.
